What time does the clubhouse close for evening parties? ▼
Our standard evening license permits music and alcohol service until Midnight (12:00 AM) on Friday and Saturday evenings. Guests are required to vacate by 12:30 AM to respect our neighbors. Extended licensing can be discussed for special celebrations on request.
Can we bring our own catering or food? ▼
Yes, absolutely! Unlike commercial venues or hotels, we do not force expensive set catering packages. You are welcome to bring your own cold buffet, hire external caterers, or order food delivery. We provide access to our catering prep kitchen. (Please note that all drinks must be purchased through our licensed club bar).
Can we hire a DJ, live band, or bring our own music? ▼
Yes! We have dedicated stage space for professional DJs and acoustic/live bands with accessible power outlets. Alternatively, you can simply plug your phone or laptop directly into our clubhouse Bluetooth sound system and play your own curated Spotify playlist.
Are 18th and 21st birthday parties allowed? ▼
We welcome 21st milestone birthday parties subject to committee approval and a standard security bond. 18th birthday parties require formal review and may require SIA registered door security arranged in advance. Please reach out via the inquiry form to discuss your plans.
How do we secure our date and what is the payment schedule? ▼
To hold and confirm your chosen date in the club diary, a £100 holding deposit is required. The remaining hire balance is payable 14 days prior to your event date along with the refundable £150 security deposit.
