Select Your Bowler
Live Stats EngineSelecting a bowler recalibrates delivery pace, swing trajectory, and the sweet-spot timing window:
The game calculates difficulty on a 1–10 scale based on:
• Wickets Taken: +0.1 to +3.5 pts
• Bowling Average: lower average = higher score
• Economy Rate: tighter bowler = smaller sweet spot
• Release Speed: reaction window in milliseconds
Every ball is different! Bowlers mix up their lengths, speeds, and variations:
• Matt Golding: 86mph Toe-Crusher Yorkers, 85mph Bouncers, 82mph Out-Seamers & 68mph Cutters!
• Dan Forbes: Booming In-Swingers, Away-Cutters & 54mph Slower Balls.
• Dave Soper: Looping Off-Breaks, 56mph Arm Balls (skids straight on!) & Top-Spinners.
The batter stands in front of the stumps. Watch for the ball to enter the Reach Radius circle. If you swing while the ball is outside the circle, it is a complete MISS!
If you swing outside reach or leave a delivery heading for the stumps, the ball continues past the batter and smashes into the stumps behind them, sending bails flying!
